About the exhibition from Claire Burnham:
"This show presents the unique, raw earth of Icelandic landscapes I experienced during my trip to the beautiful country. From ancient glaciers and their blue icebergs to endless hills of green lichens to fresh volcanic rock, Iceland has inspired this series of paintings with which I hope to transport viewers across to the north Atlantic land.
I find endless inspiration in the volcanically decorated icebergs of Iceland and it’s exquisite, unique, almost alien landscapes. The delicate flora, the immense power of the volcanic evidence, and glaciers spilling down from the gentle mountains make for a
delicious recipe of muses."
