Through intentional sound vibrations, guided reflection, and grounding breathwork, you’ll be supported in forgiving yourself and others. The experience creates space for acceptance and a renewed sense of inner worth.

• Yoga mat
• Pillow for the head or under the knees
• Wear comfortable clothing to be relaxed
