The LAB is presented in an educational and non-competitive form with live drumming. Song sheets may be given to participants who are willing to partake in the singing. The LAB, just as any other Intensive workshop, starts with a warm-up/body conditioning for up to 10 minutes. Dance moves introduction and floor movements maybe upto 40 minutes and the last 25 minutes will include singing, in a circle, normally sitting, and a 3-5 minute choreography or culminating piece.
