Join Lacey on a journey to the Self! In the yogic tradition its believed there are 5 layers of illusion covering our purest essence. In this workshop you'll come to understand these layers, the illusions they are, and practices to help you move beyond them into your truest and highest Self. This workshop is a part of the Lifted Lotus Yoga 200hour Yoga Certification Course (LLYCC). You will be joining the current class of LLYCC, making it a great experience to connect with other passionate yogis!
This workshop is open to all levels of yogis, will include light movement and deep discussion on the philosophy of yoga. Please bring pillows and blankets to sit on for comfort.
