The Kitchen is growing up. It started crawling a little over a year ago. We're ready to take a huge step. We're taking the bull by the horns. We're boldly going where the bold go. Our goal is to break ground at 115 East Benton by January 1st. Or right around there. Our ideal reality would be a grand opening date in March. The Kitchen will also be growing in services. A liquor license would allow a sophisticated clientele. The clientele that appreciate the value of quality. To date, The Kitchen has been making tasty food from modest ingredients. We look forward to stepping up.
We seek to provide quality not possible with inferior ingredients. Quality ingredients cooked well in a clean, modern environment. A small spot. Modest, but classy. Good natural meals without chemicals at an affordable price, and, dining events with prime ingredients prepared in an open kitchen.
