The Kids Hub: Children's Yoga & Mindfulness Session
Join us for a special Wellbeing Wednesday one-off session to celebrate the school holidays!
Delivered by The Little School of Yoga and designed for children aged 5 to 12, this joyful class blends yoga, movement, and mindfulness to help your child build strength, balance, and focus while having a great time.
This FREE session includes playful yoga poses, breathing exercises, and calming relaxation techniques, all within a safe and inclusive space created just for kids.
📍 This in-person event will take place at the Kids Hub, 1 Watertank Way, Midland WA 6056.
ℹ️ Parents and carers must remain on site during the session. Please aim to arrive 5 minutes before the session.
