Hosted By Laura Brereton: Local Kids Get Together To Showcase Their TalentsChloe Overbaugh is a 17-year-old, singer-songwriter from Swampscott, MA. She started playing guitar at 8, piano at 10 and began writing her own songs at 12. She writes in a vintage/modern, pop style, with influences such as Taylor Swift, Billie Eilish, Fleetwood Mac and Adele. She has performed at legendary Boston area venues such as, the Plough & Stars in Cambridge, MA and The Burren in Somerville, MA. She's also performed at the Heritage and Juneteenth festivals held on Swampscott's town green. Her debut EP, "Forever Fades", features 5 original songs, produced by Steeple Doves (Air Traffic Controller) and mixed by Bleu (Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez, Michelle Branch, Hey Violet, Big Freedia, and the Jonas Brothers).

Tara Ozalp, born in 2013, is a singer-songwriter from Andover, MA. She began writing songs at the age of eight and has since created original works such as “Drifting,” “House of Stone,” “She Was Me,” and “Love.”
In 2023, Tara received international recognition as the Absolute Winner of the Year Award at the International Youth Music Competition with her original song “Two Pickles in a Jar.”
Tara shares her music through her YouTube channel and continues to grow as an artist with a bright future ahead.
Leah Cooper is a singer-songwriter from Cambridge, Massachusetts. She has been singing and writing songs since she was 10 years old, and enjoys playing the piano. Leah has performed at open mics at The Burren and Club Passim and loves sharing her original songs with others. She has enjoyed writing soft pop songs to convey emotional and poetic lyrics and continues to expand her music style. Leah has recorded with music producer, Doug Kwartler of Hollow Body Studios, and is in the process of recording more of her songs.
Livy is a rising young talent whose boundless creative energy spans music and theater. In 2024, she released her debut original song, “Crazy,” an upbeat offering that showcases her abilities as singer and songwriter.
Her passion for music began at an early age with the cello, and she has since enjoyed playing and writing for piano, singing her thoughtful ideas with earnest authenticity.
Performing in many junior musical productions, she has taken on leading roles with the Freelance Troupe in Jamaica Plain and Spotlight Players in Needham, earning recognition for her charismatic performances and appreciation for storytelling through theater and music.
Currently, she attends the Boston Arts Academy and is thriving in the dynamic environment that Boston’s public art community can offer.
