This session is about learning what movement is supposed to feel like.
Squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling—broken down in a way that makes sense in your body, not just on paper. You’ll learn what your core actually is, how to connect to it, and how that connection builds confidence and athleticism no matter how you choose to move.
This isn’t just strength training. These skills carry into yoga, Pilates, kettlebells, hiking, travel—any space where your body moves in three dimensions.
There will be movement, but it’s guided practice—not a workout. Real coaching. Real awareness.
