The night begins with a rich crab & lobster–stuffed baby portabella topped with goat cheese, chives, and a Tacocat roasted red pepper coulis, followed by a grilled root vegetable salad dressed in a Chesapeake Lager vinaigrette.
For the entrée, savor Tmavé Pivo–marinated lamb chops served with caramelized shallots, silky Yukon purée, and fresh pomegranate seeds. Finish the evening with a decadent chocolate hazelnut stout mousse cake.
