The year is 2002, Kelly and Kelly have nothing to do, middle school losers desperate to be cool, when a mysterious oracle calls them to adventure. They have brilliant idea. Host a party? No... too try hard. What is laid back, cool, but still an event? Thats right; a basement hang. Who comes over? Will there be beer? Do the Kellys finally become popular? The Kelly Show is a semi-narrative variety show where iconic local comedians join as guests of the basement hang, to help or hurt the Kellys on their journey to conventional, early 2000s, popularity.
