Join us for a fascinating talk on the history and fate of ten eighteenth century paintings depicting Homer's tale of the nymph Calypso and Telemachus. These paintings were once installed in the ceiling of the Long Gallery at Rathfarnham Castle, but were removed and sold with the contents of the house in 1913. This talk is part of the Dublin Festival of History. Admission is free. Booking essential via Eventbrite.
