A central concept to western esotericism is the tradition revolving around kabbalah and the ‘tree of life’. This public talk will be an introduction to its idea and will go over its relation to the acquisition of gnosis and will discuss the concept of the 10 Sephiroth (Glyph of the tree of life). Although forming a part of a larger series of lectures on esotericism, this lecture can be enjoyed without preliminary knowledge, and if it interests you, further talks can be attended to.
Following the lecture, we will also participate in a short group meditation with the goal of putting theory to practice - uncovering for ourselves our own intrinsic nature. If you're interested, then come join Room 7 at St Werburghs community center in Bristol. Donation based classes will run every Tuesday starting at 7:30pm
