Join us for a 90 minute long spiritual well-being experience spent in intention setting, self-reflection, journaling, mindful movement, sound meditation & like-hearted community.The spiritual well-being experience provides a safe space to be brave enough to JUST BEEE through:
- Inner Reflection & Journal Writing Activation (Personal Practice: Self Love & Gratitude)
- Time to be present with the divine source/creator, self, & community. (Personal Practice: Grounding)
- Trauma-Informed Mindful Movement (all level yoga) (Personal Practice: Flow/Feel/Offer/Give)
- The gift of Sound Mediation (Personal Practice: Receive the healing benefits of the Sound Bath & of the abundant blessings of the divine Source of all things created.)
The Just Beee Experiences uses the phrase “mindful movement” to emphasize the idea of moving and feeling through your body and the asana postures (yoga poses) with full and complete intent to be one, present and connected to your whole body, mind and spirit.
A Sound Bath Meditation is an acoustic sound healing journey that relaxes the body, clears the mind, and activates your body's natural healing systems.
A sound bath is a sound healing experience that allows your body to be submerged in sacred sounds that help relax the body and induce meditation to help align your mind, body, and soul, as it activates your body’s natural healing systems. Typically, a greater sense of clarity, focus, relaxation, and peace may be expressed after a sound bath.
Experience a sound healing spiritual wellness session (including: Frosted crystal bowls tuned at 432hz, gong, Koshi chimes, ocean drum, and rain stick.)
Things to consider bringing: Yoga mat, yoga blocks, beach style towel, blanket, loungewear or workout apparel (layers are recommended), socks, eye cover, journal, pen, and things that bring comfort.
I welcome you to join us on the 4th Saturdays of the month from 10:30am - 12pm at Nena's Organics (Suite 280, second floor near TJ Maxx) inside the Baldwin Hills Mall. Parking is recommended in the parking structure near the movie theater.
If you prefer to register in person, or to avoid additional fees from being charged, you also have the option of paying via ZELLE (to Christine Bryant, and in "Memo" type: Just Beee Experience and Month and Day of ticket).
Late policy: Guests who arrive more than 15 minutes after the start of session will not be permitted into class.
