Skills Needed - Ability to knit & purl in the round.
Skills Taught
- Color selection for maximum contrast in small spaces. (The morning in-depth class on Color Confidence is not a pre-requisite but could certainly be helpful.)
- Yarn management techniques for stranded knitting.
- Selecting Doodle patterns that will work well together.
Supplies* Needed
- Minimum of 6 colors of sock or DK yarn (20 grams each) - Mace of Skeins will be offering a “Holiday Buffet” collection of sock weight yarn in-store starting 11/6. Watch for more details on our social channels!
- Needles appropriate for your weight yarn.
- Stitch markers
- Snips
- Doodle pattern(s) of your choice by Jamie Lomax of Pacific Knit Company through her new book “The Doodle Knit Directory,” Doodle Decks or digital downloads via Ravelry — all which may be purchased at JuJu Knits.
