Join us for a hands-on craft night at Mercury Mosaics, where you’ll turn beautifully up-cycled tile into your own mosaic masterpiece! We’re teaming up with Mosaic Candy Shop, the latest passion project of tile artist and founder Mercedes Austin, who has spent over 20 years bringing artistry and craftsmanship to life through tile design.
At Mosaic Candy Shop, no tile goes unloved—each piece in their kits comes from Mercury Mosaics’ “misfits” that didn’t quite make the backsplash cut but are far too beautiful to go to waste. And now, they get a second life in your hands.
This experience is all about play, creativity, and connection, with zero pressure to be “good” at anything. Just bring yourself, your curiosity, and your love of joyful experimentation. We’ll provide the tiles, the tools, and the community. You’ll leave with your own handmade mosaic—and maybe even a new favorite way to unwind.
