09/28/2024: Self-Care (in-person): Life pulls us in many directions, often leaving self-care on the back burner. In this session, we'll uncover the hidden barriers that keep self-care from being a daily practice and identify the benefits of making it a priority.
10/26/2024: Overcoming Obstacles (in-person): Obstacles are a part of life but don’t have to derail your journey. This session will help you reframe life's challenges as opportunities for growth.
11/23/2024: Upgrade Your Mind (in-person): Just like a phone or computer, your mind needs periodic upgrades to operate at its best. In this session, we’ll focus on identifying and replacing outdated beliefs that no longer serve the person you’re becoming.
