Through the process of living daily life and acting outside of our authentic self expression, the soul can sometimes develop fragments, blocks, unhealthy attachments, etc. Not only that but our auric fields can also lose their energetic integrity; developing holes or tears which leads to a draining of energy and also leaves us more vulnerable to outside energetic intrusions or 'psychic attack'. All of these implications can lead to feelings of heaviness, fatigue, stagnancy, and a lack of motivation. And who has time for that? Not me! And I am sure you could do without it too!
This may sound wild, but truly one of the most powerful ways of protecting one's energetic integrity and wellbeing is simply by being true to ourselves! It strengthens our auric field, and supports the confidence within us to remember that we are the creators of our reality!

*About the Journey*
These experiences will be led by myself, Kiayana West of 'Kiayana Elizabeth Sacred Healing Arts'. I have been a practicing energy worker since 2019 and have developed my own unique method of Quantum Healing. By bringing together my experience as a Reiki Master and Channel I have developed a beautiful journey that combines not only Reiki, but Vocal Sound Healing and Light Language to support and hold a safe space for my clients.
When I speak of the Quantum, I am speaking of the interconnectedness of our BEing and the multiple levels of our existence as souls. When doing Quantum work we are not just focusing on what is right in front of us, we are also focusing on all the aspects of our BEing that make up who we are. Beyond the physical, beyond this dimension.
Everything in existence is multilayered and YOU are no different. We are limitless in every sense of the word. And coming into a remembrance of this is imperative in order for you to consciously create your reality and mold your life into what you desire it to be. It is in the Quantum that we access the Akashic records, our ancestors, guides, past lives, parallels, and future timelines!
And it is our innate ability to access all of this and more! We just have to open our awareness and break the limitations that we set upon ourselves!
This is all rooted in frequency. Together we will work to bring your body back into a harmonic balance. Aligning the chakras, and clearing distortions from your auric field.
This is an EXPERIENCE. Know that in this space you will be guided through a deep meditative healing journey. Every event that I facilitate is unique and is channeled in the moment. So the journey itself naturally adjusts to the needs of the souls in attendance. Know that you are a co-creator of this journey and thus, what your heart is ready to experience plays a key role in what this journey will unearth for you.

*Start Time*
Doors open at 12:00pm ; Doors close and meditation begins at 12:12 pm.
No entry will be allowed after doors close @ 12:12 pm.
This is out of courtesy to all other attendees and prevents distraction & interruption. So try to arrive promptly at 12 pm so that you have plenty of time to settle in and create your comfy space. Thanks! :)
*How to Prepare / What To Bring*
✨Please dress as comfortably as possible.
✨Water Bottle
When doing any sort of energy work, water is very very important. It helps to support the flow of energy throughout the physical body.
✨Journal
Time will be given after the meditation to reflect and ground.
✨Anything you need to set up a comfortable environment for yourself. i.e, Yoga mat, blanket, pillow/cushion, etc. You could even bring a sacred item with you if you feel called.
✨If light tends to interfere with your meditation practice, it is recommended to bring an eye covering or just a small cloth that you can place over your eyes.
