Rhys Jensen is a singer-songwriter in Adelaide, South Australia who's recently released his first EP, 'Love Letters Just For You' in 2024. He's been going around Adelaide and playing live with a loop station in replacement of a band, using only his acoustic guitar. But on this night, Rhys Jensen's full band will be making their debut performance at the Wheatsheaf Hotel. He will be accompanied by drummer Jess Black, bassist Anthony Steer, and lead guitarist Kobe Willis.
Emerging from Adelaide, Australia in 2023, House of Pillars is the smooth soul-infused indie pop project of singer-songwriter Aden Quinn. With rich piano, brass, and vocal harmonies embellishing subtle, and sophisticated grooves, House of Pillars creates a sound that engages with melody and encourages you to move with the music – while also projecting an often-motivational lyrical style that does its work to uplift the listener. The project’s beginnings have been built on live performance, with Quinn bringing together a talented cast of Adelaide musicians to conjure up the songs on stage. And now, with the chemistry flowing from the gigging circuit, House of Pillars has entered the studio for the first time recording a string of tracks including the breezy debut single 'Better Late Than Never'.
