Who Can Participate
All levels welcome — ages 13+
(Those under 18 must have a parent/guardian-signed waiver.)
No martial arts experience required! All training equipment is provided.
What to Bring
- Comfortable workout clothing (karate gi optional)
- Shoes are not permitted on the mat
