COSTUMES? ONLY IF YOU WISH!
Though many dancers enjoy wearing the lovely costumes of the Regency era for this event, there are always friends in modern casual dress. We subscribe to the popular phrase, “Costumes admired but not required.“
If you do choose to wear a historical outfit think “Bridgerton” and Jane Austen movies DAY WEAR for your choices. Formal wear, though acceptable, is normally reserved for evening events.
IMPORTANT COSTUME NOTE: Please be certain you can move easily in your costume and do not wear anything that would impede you, or others, while dancing.
>>>no trains, tails, or high heels on the dance floor!<<
