Division caps will be reevaluated as we approach the event. Even if your preferred division is full, signing up for the waitlist will help tournament staff know where to allocate unused spots! Any competitors not making it into the tournament from the waitlist will receive full refunds minus PayPal and DGScene fees.
All Pro divisions will pay out through PayPal!
All Amateur divisions will pay out merch onsite or through gift card from Tight Lines DG and Plastic House DG! MA3 and FA3 will receive prize packs for division winners instead of merch payout
1st place trophies for all divisions with 3 or more competitors!
Refund policy
Chain Bombers Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
If you need to cancel for any event, the request MUST be made by email to [email protected]. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 7 days from the tournament date will receive a 50% refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us properly to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. Player’s packages will not be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees. Once a player begins his/her round, there will be no refunds given for any reason.
