Thursday, July 27th
On Thursday, we'll kick off the weekend with a Meet & Greet event where you'll get to know the other amazing women who have joined us for this unforgettable experience. But the real highlight of the evening will be our "Pajama Girl Talk!" Picture this: you'll be cozy and comfortable in your favorite pajamas (or not) while engaging in Real, Raw, and Relevant conversations that are often not talked about in church. It's the perfect way to kick off our weekend of fun, fellowship, empowerment, and yes exhaling!
4: 00 pm - 6:00 pm Registration (pick up name badge and i.exhale retreat goodies)
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm Meet & Greet
7: 00 pm - 9:00 pm Pajama & Pillow Girl Talk (PJs are not required)

Friday, July 28
On Friday, get ready to be empowered! We have a day packed with exciting activities and sessions that will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. You'll get to participate in workshops and sessions led by experts in their fields, covering topics such as entrepreneurship, self-care, and personal growth. But don't worry, we've also got plenty of fun activities planned to help you unwind and connect with the other amazing women in attendance. Plus, you won't want to miss our live taping of "The i●exhale Talk Show", where you'll get a chance to be part of the studio audience and see some incredible women share their stories of success and inspiration. And just when you thought it couldn't get any better, we've got a few surprises up our sleeves too!

Saturday, July 29
We're not slowing down on Saturday! You'll have another full day of empowerment sessions and activities that will help you build on the skills and knowledge you've gained so far. We'll cover topics like leadership, personal finance, and wellness, to name a few. But we also know the importance of having fun and letting loose, so we've got plenty of opportunities for that too! You'll get to bond with your fellow attendees over fun activities like dancing, games, and more. You won't want to miss out on this final day of empowerment and fun! You will leave the 3-day event inspired, strengthened, and ready to be all that God has called you to be!
The Retreat will conclude at Noon!
