⠀The dinner will be based on regional dishes and wines from Le Marche and Abruzzo.

⠀The event will take place in the lovely Bell Pesto Café in the heart of Dublin 8, just beside the Guinness Store House. This is a truly authentic Italian restaurant, here the menu moves from one Italian region to the next one every month, in order to represent the enormous culinary diversity and quality that Italy and Italians are so proud of.⠀And this month the stop is LE MARCHE ?

⠀I didn’t want to go with the traditional cheese and cured meats board, so we are putting in front of you a sequence of elaborated dishes from the heart of this region that most of you have never seen. ?

⠀The six wines will be supplied by Little Italy Dublin, they are an Italian-wines-&-food specialized shop, and they are particularly well sourced with wines from Le Marche, which is one of the most underrated regions in Italy on the shade of Tuscany, but with pretty much same characteristics to make gorgeous wines at half the price.
