After the success of the first ever Island Wellness Retreat in October 2024 The Island Wellness Retreat on Cempedak Private Island returns taking place from Friday 28 February to Monday to 3 March 2025. This second edition invites guests to rediscover themselves through the transformative pillars — Balance Flow and Focus amidst Cempedak’s natural beauty.
The retreat led by Wellness Coach Mae Kwan and a team of wellness practitioners features a daily program with diverse wellness practices including a Breathwork and Cold Therapy session with Luke Tan and calming sessions such as Chakra Balancing Yoga and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) tapping to promote emotional well-being.
