Basic Event Description:Sunday August 4th 9:00 am - 9:00 pm
Entry Cost: $20 (pizza included)
Itinerary:
- 8:00 am: Front doors will be unlocked and opened for any or all early arrivals. This time is to be used for participants to set up their work stations, get their registration set up properly, and finish up any last minute work before the start of the competition. Constructing and basing are allowed during this time but painting will not be allowed until the start of the competition.
- 9:00 am: The competition begins in earnest and participants are now allowed to begin painting.
- 10:00 am: Entry is cut off, anyone wishing to enter the event following 10:00 am will be turned away. Those in the process of registration at the call of 10:00 will still be allowed entrance.
- 1:00 pm: Active participants will be served pizza (max of four slices).
- 6:00 pm: Active participants will be served pizza again (max of four slices).
- 9:00 pm: Any remaining participants will be instructed to halt all activity and submit their work in its current state.
- 10:00 pm: Winners will be announced following judge deliberation.
Entry Requirements:
- Though it is not required it is recommended that participants come with their entries built and primed ready for painting. Zenithal highlighting is allowed if done with primer and not brushed on paint.
- Models must be from an officially recognized miniature producer, simply 100% HOME 3D PRINTED MODELS WILL NOT BE GRANTED ENTRY. 3D printed pieces may be used to enhance or add on to officially recognized produced miniature models. Kitbashing is also allowed.
Base Size Rules: Entries will be entered based on the size of bases and the amount of bases within the entry. Different size bases have different minimum amounts required for entry, though there is no maximum. Participates wishing to mix base sizes must make that clear in the registration process. When mixing base sizes note there is a two to one policy (example: two 28 mm = one 32 mm). NO SHAPE REQUIREMENTS. If you have a base size you’d like to enter that is not listed contact the tournament organizer prior to registration.

Completed Entries:
- Submitted entries that are deemed not completed (not fully painted, not fully built, or not fully based) and will not be considered for prizing. Failure to match the information listed on the submitted registration sheet will result in an entry to be not considered for prizing. A result of disqualification or dropping early will result in an entry to not be considered for prizing. Any or all entries that are submitted that are not considered for prizing will be listed and receive the title of participation when entries are later showcased online.
- All participants will be required to submit their entries to tournament organizers no matter the state of work at 9:00 pm. Any participant may submit their entry prior to 9:00 pm, but once submitted the entry can not be worked on again and will only be judged based on the state it was submitted.
Material and Supplies Rules:
- Supplies such as paint, brushes, and even models will not be provided to participants. Participants must supply their own materials for any construction, basing, and even painting. The store will have any or all supplies needed available prior to and during the event. Brushes, paints, and other materials (models not included) will be 20% off the day of the competition (August 4th, 2024).

Miscellaneous Rules:
- Entry cannot be paid via store credit.
- No outside drinks.
- If you wish to provide your own meal for the day you must pay the $1 Food charge, $3 for pizza.
- This event is open to all ages so please be considerate of younger participants when choosing and designing your entries. Any entry deemed inappropriate will result in disqualification and removal from participation.
