This guided Heartful walk by the pond is a biweekly, FREE programme under our '7 Types of Rest' series—crafted to help participants recharge and live purposefully.
📍 Location: Tzu Chi Humanistic Youth Centre (meeting point is at the entrance facing the pond!)
