Awaken your inner goddess through heels work, refined form, and intentional movement. Learn beginner choreography using posture, control, and chair-based techniques, this class helps you move with confidence, sensuality, and presence—on and off the floor.
Open to all levels. (Heels are always optional and not required.)

The Inner Goddess Series designed to build confidence progressively while staying safe, sexy, and approachable. Each week, spend 50min on one core element focus-mastering a short beginner friendly choreography at the end of a 4 week session.️

The Follies Girls is a dance-based performing arts troupe featuring diverse and talented women of all ages, all body types, all walks of life and all levels of performing experience proving that there is no limits on dreams and determination. We are blessed with a bevy of beauties with unique styles and skills. Our shows promise entertainment, laughter, smiles, and a temporary escape from life's stresses. Described as Knoxville's unique showgirls and dancin' dames, we are about emphasizing our individuality while creating unity and collaborative art, as well as expanding the view of women as strong, courageous, smart, funny, sexy, sassy and classy.
