Welcome to The Inner Flame Women’s circle. I created this circle to provide a sense of community, where we can connect and support each other, empowering and uplifting each other, to create a connection that we are so often missing from our daily life.A safe and sacred space for women can come together to share their stories, to be heard, to listen, to connect, to heal, to empower and support each other, to honour their connection to themselves, nature and to each other 🔥
The circle will meet monthly on the third Tuesday of the month starting 20th January at 19.130 - 🔥

Each circle follows a consistent rhythm so you can settle in and feel safe:
Arrival & Check-in – grounding and gentle connection
Opening Meditation – guided and accessible
Monthly Theme – holistic teaching or practice
Sharing Circle – reflection and discussion (passing is always welcome)
Closing Meditation or Ritual – integration and intention-setting
