About this Event
Come explore your Inner Artist! 4 times in 2024, we will make simple “zine” collage books together, using the Celtic Seasonal rhythms of the year and cycles of life, as our creative prompts. It’s an easy art process that anyone can do. Come experience how creativity can help you develop more inner awareness. All levels of art experience are welcome; just bring a desire to explore and connect.
Over this next year, four retreat days will be offered:
Winter Retreat Day: January 30, 2024 “Thresholds”
Spring Retreat Day: March 19, 2024 “Emergence”
Summer Retreat Day: July 30, 2024 “Gather”
Autumn Retreat Day: October 1, 2024 “Release”
Our Winter retreat day, January 30, 9 am – 4 pm, will be in a spacious Kanuga cabin with a cozy fireplace. Availability: maximum of 12 spaces (payment secures your spot) Please bring your own bag lunch. Most supplies will be included. A suggested materials list and more details will be provided with your paid registration.

Audrey Kincaid Brendel is a local contemplative artist and Spiritual Companion with a gift of quiet hospitality. She is a member of the Kanuga Trails Conservancy and enjoys volunteering at Kanuga events. As an “Abbey of the Arts Dancing Monk” she delights in facilitating “Inner Artist” retreats.
