Following a short break, delve into an hour of breathwork facilitated by Sarah Charmoli of Effiji Breath, where you'll explore the power of your breath to unlock inner clarity and vitality.
Next, immerse yourself in an hour-long sound bath orchestrated by sound healer Amy Hudson as she envelops you in soothing vibrations that resonate deep within, fostering relaxation and inner peace.
To conclude our time together, we'll gather to ground our energies over tea and wholesome snacks, providing a moment of reflection and integration.
Doors open at 12:30pm for registration, and our journey begins promptly at 1:00pm.
