Join us during the peak of the HOT summer in the Carolinas for this race. Are you tough enough to survive the heat? We will be having two distances for the Adventure Race and two distances for the Ultra Race. 12 Hour Adventure Race
Race Distance: 40-60 Miles (3 to 5 miles per hour average speed)
Categories: Solo, Two Person, Three Person and Four Person Teams
Description: Teams of 1-4 will travel across land, water and swamp in Horry County covering approximately 40-60 miles. Racers will use pre-plotted CalTopo maps to navigate to check points while paddling, cycling and running/trekking through Coastal Carolina. Check points will be placed in various different locations using natural features as indicators of placement which will be listed out on the clue sheet, such as trail intersections, streams, bays, coves etc. The race may include anything from single track Mountain Biking trails to dirt or gravel roads, a few paved roads and flat water kayaking.

Disciplines: Trekking or Trail Running, Mountain Biking and Kayaking
Waivers: All participants must sign USARA waiver.
Dinner and Awards: Estimated 7:15pm
5 Hour Adventure Race (Run/Bike Only *No Paddle)
Race Distance: 12-24 Miles
Categories: Solo, Two Person, Three Person and Four Person Teams
