The venue is an event space called Life Plus Co. It is on the corner of Deshon Street and Holden Street. There is on street paid parking, or you can park at Woolworths South City Square for 3 hours for free.

The journey closes with the world’s first 9D Crystal Bowl Sound Bath—a multidimensional sound immersion designed to harmonise your nervous system and anchor your transformation.

What to Bring: Please bring a yoga mat, pillows, blanket, and any items to enhance your comfort (e.g., eye mask, water bottle). Consider bringing a journal for reflection. If you don't have a yoga mat, I have extras, just get in touch and I'll bring one along for you!
Preparation: Ensure you are well-hydrated and arrive with a light, empty stomach to reduce nausea. Limit caffeine and alcohol consumption 24 hours before the session. Hydrate well and nourish your body with healthy, raw food afterward.
Who Can Participate: Breathwork is suitable for everyone. If you have physical health issues, mental health concerns, or are pregnant, please inform the facilitator before the session for customized guidance.
