"Living Fully as You", is Part 5 of PIcaflor Life Energy's version of the Inca Medicine Wheel, The Circle of Light, but it also serves as a separate workshop so you are warmly welcome to step in if you feel the calling! This workshop is about becoming the CREATOR of your own life! To remember your origin in the stars and begin sourcing from the future. To find out how to walk here on Earth, in our Garden of Eden, softly, in unconditional love and beauty, sharing your unique light in ways that give you joy! To live fully as YOU!During these days we step into the center of the Medicine Wheel. We focus on finding balance and harmony between the different parts of you: the creative, intuitive, soft and caring part and the part of you that is structured, decisive and firm and that takes out the direction. We explore ways of letting both sides nurture each other so that you can create the life that you wish to live.
One of the ways of doing this is through the third of the three big energy transmissions of the Q'ero Shamans - The Initiation of the Navel. We will give you this initiation through a guided Gong and Crystal Sound Meditation and through Soul Journey Qi Gong 3 - The Initiation of the Navel to the tones of gongs and crystal instruments.
We will also journey in the Rainbow Layers in the Upper World and clear away the imprints we have made into the future. You will become familiar with the helpers we have in the Upper World and learn more about how to source from the future.
And we will deepen our connection with the archetypes - the Serpent, the Jaguar, the Colibri, the Eagle/Condor and the guardians of the Under World (the past, the subconscious), the Middle World (the present, the conscious) and the Upper World (the future, the superconscious).
You will also learn and practice a method to heal yourself and others with the energy freqeuncy of Orion.

Our days together contain many guided Gong and Crystal Sound Meditations, Qi Gong, talking, sharings, energy work exercises, initiations (energy transmissions), energy work outdoors in the beautiful nature around Løken Gård, fire ceremony etc. We follow the energy processes in the group and what comes to us from the earth and the universe so we can never say beforehand exactly what will come up in each workshop but we have a basic structure for each one.
We will give you tools to bring home for you to work with to continue your own magical journey to get to know every part of yourself, nature and the universe.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
LEADERS: Bjørn and Maria Løken. Bjørn is a shaman, a sound healer, a professional musician, a Professor Emeritus of Percussion at the Norwegian Academy of Music and a Certified Kundalini Yoga teacher. Maria is a shaman, a sound healer, a certified instructor of Medical Qigong according to the Biyun method, and the creator of Soul Journey Qigong 1-3.

DATES AND TIMES: We start at 10.00 on Thursday morning and finish at 15.00 on Sunday afternoon. There will be evening work during the workshop.

INVESTMENT: 4400 NOK for the workshop. For you who have participated in this workshop before: 3000 NOK.
FOOD AND LODGING: It's possible to book lodging at Løken Gård and we also offer home made, vegetarian, ecological food based mainly on the vegetables that we grow in our farm.
