Imposter Syndrome: chronic self doubt. A feeling of inadequacy, despite huge evidence of success and competency.
Once thought to impact high acheiving women, it is believed Imposter Syndrome may actually affect men more intensely due to the greater expectations placed upon them to deliver. In fact, it is much more common than was originally understood.
This two-hour, interactive, workshop is designed to help you to understand the signals for Imposter Syndrome in yourself and others and actions to alleviate potential impacts.
