Join me for an evidence-based workshop where you will discover how and when the imposter phenomenon shows up for you. We'll explore strategies to help you manage these imposter thoughts in order to increase your self-esteem, self-worth and confidence. You will come away with practical tools that will help you combat the imposter syndrome.
You will:
- Learn the definition for Imposter phenomenon
- Explore the signs and symptoms
- Discuss how it shows up for you and if you’ve seen it in others
- Learn how to combat imposter chatter with evidence-based tools that have been shown to work
- Have the opportunity to self-reflect and engage in practical activities
- Be with like-minded individuals
About the facilitator:
Minal is a Positive Psychology Mindset Coach (MSc), wellbeing trainer and Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher. Having always had a passion in human behaviour and neuroscience, Minal works with individuals and with organisations to help them thrive and flourish. Through evidence-based techniques, she helps people to identify and overcome negative thinking patterns that hold them back. She supports them to build their confidence and resilience levels, to live more mindfully and to live an intentional, meaningful life that is filled with more joy and peace.
