The Importance of Good Nutrition – Family & Children Workshop
Good nutrition plays a vital role in keeping our bodies and minds healthy. It helps reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, stroke, certain cancers, and osteoporosis.
Proper nutrition also supports mental wellness and dental health. This workshop will highlight practical tips for healthy eating and effective diabetes prevention for the entire family. Free Catered Lunch Provided!
All registered participants will enjoy a complimentary catered meal from Olive Garden Italian Restaurant. Vegetarian meal options will be available for those with special dietary needs. All children 17 and under who attend with a parent or guardian can participate and eat free.
