The Imperials Dinner

Join us at Spago Beverly Hills for a special evening of exceptional wine, inspired cuisine, and giving back. Hosted by Larry and Jo Shupnick, this event celebrates the newly endowed Shupnick Innovation Center at Cal Poly Pomona’s Collins College of Hospitality.

Guests will enjoyare selection of wine in large-format, mostly Imperial bottles from Larry and Jo’s wine cellar, thoughtfully paired with a multi-course dinner prepared by the Spago Beverly Hills culinary team, with a menu crafted by Chefs Wolfgang and Byron Puck. Proceeds directly support innovation and excellence in hospitality education.
