By using B.A.S.E, you will be able to identify your boundary foundation and learn how to shift your perspective, prioritize, and reclaim control and willpower.
You will also leave with tools to help you advocate for yourself and raise awareness of any negative energy that can affect your personal and workplace boundaries.
As a bonus, you will learn some tips on how to say no in a way that is both graceful and elegant, while also intentionally prioritizing yourself and your goals.
