We will discover limiting beliefs that might have carried over through time and space (many lifetimes) and show up as repetitive challenges in our life today. Yulia will guide us to each find our personal Sankalpa which will elevate the transformational process of this program/ offering/ series

This Session take place at The Yurt. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow, notebook and pen. A waterbottle and thermos of tea is also good to have.Half of this session is seated.
