This November we are proudly hosting an epic event "Hybrid Erg-A-Thon" to raise funds for Mens Mental Health through Movember.Let’s raise the roof while raising funds and awareness for men’s health.
Worldwide, one man dies of suicide every minute of the day - with males accounting for a whopping 75% of all suicides.
By 2030 Movember aims to reduce the number of men dying prematurely by 25%. Your donation could help save a father, a brother, a son, a friend, a partner.
Let's do this - together. The Hybrid Erg-A-Thon will be seeing people from across Christchurch throwing down in our gym to reach maximum distances on an erg in two hours.
All donations and funds generated for this event will go directly towards helping those men in need.
How to contribute:
1. Purchase your ticket or "tickets" for your collective team.
2. Register your team by 15 November by emailing [email protected] (Min 3 participants, Max 6 Participants) - each team member must have a valid ticket (tickets can be purchased individually or as a bulk team purchase)
3. To register your team, simply state your TEAM NAME + each team members name. PLEASE NOTE: No reservations on ergs - we will have a classic hat draw before we begin and let the gods decide your fate for the day.
Ergs will be: ASSAULT BIKE | BIKE ERG | SKI ERG + a RUN for our avid runners. ** Please note, if you are a running team this needs to be stated on your team registration (No hat draw for you, lucky lucky!)

Time: 10am to 12pm
What to bring:
- Sweat towel
- Drink bottle
- Good vibes
