Join us on December 19, when The Huron Carole returns to St. John’s at the John C. Perlin Arts & Culture Centre! Founded in 1987 by celebrated Canadian actor, singer, and humanitarian Tom Jackson, The Huron Carole has become a beloved holiday tradition. Touring coast to coast, the concert has raised millions in support of food banks and community service organizations across Canada.This year’s performance features heartfelt songs and stories from Tom Jackson, joined by Newfoundland and Labrador’s own JUNO Award-winning soprano Deantha Edmunds, and Canadian country supergroup The Girls—Canadian Country Music Hall of Fame inductees Lisa Brokop and Patricia Conroy, along with award-winning artist Beverley Mahood. They’ll be accompanied by acclaimed local musicians Bill Brennan, Josh Ward, and Jacob Slous, under the musical direction of renowned Canadian producer and arranger Tom McKillip.
All proceeds from this special evening will support the Canadian Red Cross. Tickets are available through a pay-what-you-can donation at the St. John’s Arts & Culture Centre box office or online—making this event accessible for all.
