Rooted in trauma-informed care, relational trust, and inclusive healing, this event offers space for reflection, storytelling, and stigma-busting education.
Whether you're navigating grief, stress, life transitions, or just seeking connection, you're invited to bring your whole self—and your loved ones—with you. This isn't therapy. It's a movement toward emotional safety, shared courage, and collective care.
