Get ready for a showdown of wings + brews — The HUB Wing Down returns for Kalamazoo Craft Beverage Week! The HUB Wing Down is a one-night tasting competition where two breweries go head-to-head to prove who can pair beer with our wings the best.
🥊 This is how it works:
Two breweries face off:
🍺 Alaskan Brewing vs 🍺 Griffin Claw
You receive a wing flight featuring:
3 signature wing flavors, 2 wings per flavor (6 total)
Each brewery pairs a beer with each wing flavor, creating two competing pairings per round.
You will also receive a flight map + voting card!
After tasting both pairings for each wing, YOU vote for which brewery paired it best. The brewery with the most votes is crowned the Champion of The HUB Wing Down!
