The House Cats have been running the Open Mic at Port Fairy Jazz Festival every year, its a great Friday night event were performers join the house and and let their inner jazz escape.We've found there's so many jazz festival attendees that want the opportunity to perform, but they aren't on the program or in a band. This is the place for them to feel comfortable and sing or play with the band.
In 2025 there were 8 new performers that joined us on stage at the Star of the West. This year it could be YOU!
Just come along, and speak to Ann or Kevin if you'd like to have your own spot on the Open Mic program.
