About this Event
We want to bring women going through all stages of life together, and one of the demographics often left out is women going through mid-life and menopause stages.
Our bodies are going bonkers, and we experience lots of symptoms and changes that we may not even realize are connected to menopause.
In addition, we may also be dealing with children, aging parents, balancing work, relationships, and all the many responsibilities that we have…all while brain fogging, health issues, weight gain, and just life!
This is a safe space, we know other women need it, we have experts willing to donate their time to help support us…so we are going to open up coworkHERS for a meeting like no other.
We are The hotflasHERS, and we can support one another, build friendships, meet other women our age (let’s face it, that’s a feat in itself), and let’s have some fun!
This is a free event (at least for now), and we would LOVE some sponsors and/or donations to cover expenses (cuz we will have some refreshments) if you wish to support us.
