Saxophonists Will Holton and Ken Witman presents “The Horn Hang”
A Historic Gathering of Saxophonists Across Western New York
In celebration of World Saxophone Day on Thursday, November 6, 2025, saxophonists Will Holton and Ken Witman proudly announce a first of its kind event.
Designed as a mission of connection, The Annual Horn Hang offers a vibrant space for saxophonists to meet, share stories, exchange knowledge, and build community. Attendees will have the unique opportunity to network, trade or sell gear, and gain inspiration from fellow musicians who share a common passion for the saxophone.
The evening will also feature a historic musical moment: the largest recorded regional performance of Cannonball Adderley’s timeless classic, “Mercy, Mercy, Mercy.” This unprecedented collaboration will unite saxophonists across generations and genres in one powerful performance.
“This event is about more than music—it’s about connection,” said event creator – Will Holton.
“World Saxophone Day is the perfect moment to bring our community together.”
This landmark event is open to the public and welcomes saxophonists of every level, from beginners to seasoned professionals.
Let’s connect. Let’s inspire.
