Comedian Bio's for the Night:
Host Matt Perez is a Chicago-area comedian who’s been making audiences laugh for the past four years with his unique blend of sarcasm, silliness, and sass. He’s performed at some of the city’s top comedy venues, including Zanies, Laugh Factory, Comedy Bar, The Lincoln Lodge, Redroom Comedy Club, and Babs, along with countless bar shows across Chicago, the suburbs, and Indiana.
Guest Feature Kat Diaz hails from the rough streets of Des Moines, Iowa, but has called Chicago home for the last 10 years. Her humor can be described as a dry piece of toast buttered with wordplay and served with physical act outs that make you wonder "CAN all Latinas dance? Kat has trained at The Second City and her credits include Laugh Factory, Den Theatre and the Latina Comedy Festival. She currently produces Mi Gente at the Lincoln Lodge.
Main Feature Chris Walker is a stand-up comedian from Chicago who finds the funny in everyday life, especially the chaos of family and fatherhood. His laid-back but sharp observational style has landed him on the stages of Laugh Factory Chicago, Zanies Chicago, Zanies Rosemont.
Headliner Matt Torres is a Chicago born stand-up comedian, actor, and Marine Corps Veteran. Matt has been through it all, which is how he developed his sense of humor. From the Southside of Chicago, to his time in Iraq. Matt has used Comedy as a tool to make the best out of life's worst situations. Matt has made appearances on such television shows as Justified, Criminal Minds, and Comedy Central's South Side.
