Join us for a nourishing two-hour journey into the wisdom of the heart. In this immersive class, you’ll learn how the heart is not only a vital organ, but also the center of our emotional resilience and spiritual connection.
What to Expect:
💚 Physical Heart Health — Explore the anatomy and physiology of the heart along with natural ways to support cardiovascular wellness. As a Master Herbalist and Iridologist, I’ll share how the heart’s state can even be seen through the eyes, offering unique insight into vitality and imbalances.
🌿 Herbal Allies for the Heart — Meet the plants traditionally known to strengthen and protect the heart—physically and emotionally. As we discuss each one, you’ll enjoy a delicious herbal mocktail crafted from these remedies, allowing you to taste their healing essence.
💫 Emotional & Spiritual Heart Health — Learn how the heart stores and processes emotions, and how practices of compassion, gratitude, and forgiveness open the doorway to deeper healing. We’ll explore the “heart field” as a center of connection—to self, others, and the greater whole.
🎶 Heart-Centered Sound Healing — We’ll close our time together with a guided meditation and sound healing experience, inviting coherence, harmony, and expansion of the heart space.
