Join us for A Sparkling Story, a virtual event exploring Sparkling Wine, with a little cheese on the side! This one-hour exploration is also one that makes a difference in women's lives. You will be supporting women's education while learning a little more about bubbly. Through this online adventure we will explore the fascinating origins and evolution of everyone’s favorite celebratory drink. Raise your glass with friends and Kristin Evans, General Manager of Red Tail Ridge Winery in the Finger Lakes of New York!
Kristin has been a food & wine professional for well over a decade, starting as a Cheese Monger and eventually becoming a respected Wine Director in Washington, DC. As the General Manager of one of the nation's best Sparkling Wine producers, Kristin knows her bubbles. She will not only guide you through the history, but provide you great information on selecting a bottle and what makes a good value in Sparkling Wine. Plus, she will be providing a list of beautiful cheeses that will pair perfectly with the wines.
Whether you're a wine enthusiast or simply curious, this interactive experience will leave your palate and mind delighted.
