A huge social event to bring back the community for one big night out from all over. St Peters Church in Parr will fling open their doors on a Friday evening for a fun night out commemorating the History of Parr and its community, from the working-class mining community, the Irish community, the street fighting on Fleet Lane, all the way back to Catherine of Parr, Henry VIII’s final wife, how did she connect?. Through the decades, many people have lost contact, life has got in the way, they have moved, and we’ve forgotten some of the special times we had, the connections and friendships we made. For one night, we will all come together again and have a smashing good night and reminisce about the old days.
If your Nan and Grandad want to come and don’t know how to use Eventbrite, please help them, offer them a lift, they will really appreciate it.
Polite notice, No refund policy is now in place.
